Most of our items are made to order. In most cases we are unable to cancel an order after the item has begun production. If your item has begun production and cannot be modified while it is production, then we will be unable to cancel or modify the order.

HOWEVER, Changing your mind happens!

Once your order is placed with full payment, read the order carefully, you still have 24 hours to check the order details, we will process the order within 24 hours for non-custom made items. If your order hasn’t yet been processed, we can cancel your order free of charge. Please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours from the date you placed the order with us, we will confirm your cancellation by E-mail.

Exchange & Return Policy

• If for any reason you still decide to exchange or return your purchase items and the order has already been processed, you can send us an E-mail to request an exchange or return for any items (except customised items) in 7 days after purchasing. We will take back the merchandise for an exchange charge equivalent to 50% of the purchase price, we will offer you a credit note which is valid for 12 months.
• Hence, most of our items are made to order, no exchange or refund is possible after the above period(7 days).
• All items must be signed for at the point of delivery. In signing the Delivery Order, you are acknowledging that you have received all good(s) delivered in good condition and they are in no way faulty or damaged. Non-mechanical and non-structural issues (i.e. physical damages) are only valid for return on a written notice on delivery note.
• However, in the rare event the goods are defect, faulty or incorrect in delivery. We will ask you to email a photo of the damaged goods and order invoice as part of our quality assurance check. We review each case individually to assess the condition of the product. You must submit a photo to our Email: [email protected], we will provide you with a repair or a replacement. If you notice that one or more pieces are damaged, please wait until we receive the replacement parts to proceed with the assembly. This will ensure the quality of your product. We reserve the right to determine the best course of action.
• For customized items, no refunds, returns or replacements are granted if the item is repairable. Only replacement service is considered if it is the wrong design. No refunds are offered in any case.
• For lighting, no returns or refunds are allowed after the item has been installed.  
• All delivery and assembly fees are NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason.
