Our metal products undergo specialized treatments to give them their distinct sheen and patina. To preserve the style and look of your piece, please mind the following care instructions.

• Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Avoid use of household chemicals and cleans.
• Spills must be soaked up immediately with a clean absorbent cloth or paper towel.
• Mild cleaning products can be safely applied to the metal’s surface. Just be sure to wipe the solution with a clean, soft cloth.
• Do not place sharp objects atop your metal table.
• Avoid putting acidic material, such as lemon juice, onto your tabletop.
• We recommend the use of coasters and placemats to prevent damage.
• Hardware may loosen over time. Periodically check that all connections are tight. 
• Ensure the feet are tightly fastened. Try not to drag them to avoid damage to your floor.

Measuring Your Space

We recommend measuring your space ahead of time to see if a product is the right fit and can be easily moved into the intended room. Some other factors may occur:

• Obstructions behind the door
• Tight corners
• Hallways or internal doors
• Stairways (including the length)
• Elevator measurements

Please note that most of our pendant and wall lamps are 2-wire Lighting Systems. This is the most common lighting system in the world. If you do require a 3 wire system, you do need to ask your installation company to replace the wire for you. Installation of this lamp should be performed by a registered electrician, the Woodhome delivery team is not certified and can not perform any installation. Please note this 3rd party installation charge is not included in our sales price.
